Sweat & Sound have released the first batch of invites to their next insanely creative event - the Workout Time Machine!

This is the perfect event for friendship groups and for date ideas!
To receive an official invite, people must sign up on the website ( and they'll receive an invite in their inbox.
Earlybird already sold out. Next & last round of email invites going out on Tuesday.

Feb 21st, 6:30 - 9:30 pm
Secret venue in Shoreditch

Dear Groovy Gals & Boogie Boys,

On entering our secret Shoreditch venue, we'll be teleporting you back to 1970. Over the evening, you'll be time travelling through number one hits from the 70s, 80s, and 90s - with fun workouts to match each decade!

This is going to be a retro fitness party like no other - with photo booths inflatables, entertainers, retro fitness games and loads more surprises!

Don't forget to DRESS UP as your fav decade! There will be BIG prizes for best dressed!

This event is open to all abilities - so bring your friends, your parents, your brothers and your sisters, your misses and your misters - & grandma too!

Plenty of treats and drinks will be supplied by some of our yummy treat partners!

You'll need to bring nothing other than yourself and a smile!
