Yorkshire vehicle-hire firm signs five-year contract
Yorkshire’s largest independent vehicle-hire firm, has entered into a five-year contract with Harrogate Ladies’ College.
With headquarters in Huddersfield and eight depots across the region, Arrow Self Drive has agreed a long-term partnership with Harrogate Ladies College after having supplied the independent school with short-term vehicle-hire for the last 15 years
The contract will see the firm supplying the school with exclusive use of two 17-seater minibuses for school trips and staff outings. The vehicles, which have been branded-up to include the Harrogate Ladies’ College logo will be supplied by Arrow Self Drive’s Knaresborough depot.
Harrogate Ladies’ College is an independent boarding and day school located in the town of Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Founded as a girls' senior school in 1893, the college now educates girls from ages 2 to 18 and boys up to age 11.
Commenting on the partnership, Arrow Self Drive’s Knaresborough depot manager Sandra Duffield said:
“Our long-standing relationship with Harrogate Ladies’ College has strengthened over the last fifteen years and we’re incredibly pleased to be able to continue our partnership on a long-term basis.”
Principal of Harrogate Ladies’ College, Sylvia Brett added:
“Having the right transport provision in place is important in allowing pupils to access our school and also in enabling us to enrich our pupils’ education with opportunities and experiences outside of the school grounds.”
