Workout specialist offers expert advice following World Food Day

Results Aimed Workouts, the leading personal trainer and fitness facility in East Anglia, highlighted the importance of making careful meal choices, as World Food Day was celebrated.

World Food Day was recognised around the world on Tuesday, 16th October, and was marked by a Global Ceremony in Rome, Italy. The high profile event has a dual purpose of raising awareness on the problem of hunger across the globe, while also encouraging people to make the right decisions when it comes to nutrition.

Results Aimed Workouts - the company which is at the forefront of assisting people in the East Anglia region with fitness goals; from muscle gain to fat loss and flexibility - was right behind the World Food Day initiative, and has used the event as a platform to highlight the importance of eating, and living, correctly.

In light of World Food Day, which is backed by the likes of chef Bertrand Simon and media personality Darine El Khatib, Results Aimed Workouts has stressed that some of the most healthy meals can also be the most sustainable in terms of their effect on the planet's food supplies.
