Watertight Marketing Launches Profit Priority Profile

Watertight Marketing is set to launch its new Profit Priority Profile, a free online diagnostic tool that helps marketers and small business owners to identify the key marketing leaks in their business.

The new diagnostic tool produces an 18-page report after assessing their current marketing activity against Watertight Marketing’s original Thirteen Touchpoint Leaks™ Assessment. The Profile helps to pinpoint which areas of sales and marketing they should be focusing on. A 2-page action plan is also provided that addresses their biggest marketing leak. The assessment is free and available online and only takes 15-30 minutes to complete – previously it could take up to a day of consulting.

The framework of Profit Priority Profile has been created from the multi-award-winning Watertight Marketing methodology, designed and refined by Bryony Thomas over the last decade. The methodology has been used by over 1500 organisations to find their marketing focus over the last 5 years. The diagnostic tool has had 160 initial participants, the majority of whom are business owners of organisations with 2-10 employees. As in the expert assessment sessions, which take a full day to complete, the online diagnostic is indicating the same typical results. Results have shown that 61% of participating organisations have their biggest marketing leaks in supporting customer Adoption & Loyalty. A further 28% show the biggest marketing leaks in the area most commonly associated with a sales function, when a buyer is evaluating and trialling a product or service.
