VoxSmart, the London based mobile recording company has today announced two new additions to it’s Senior Management team.

Bryan Johnson, previously of Blackrock’s High Yield Research Team and Adrienne Muir previously of Trayport both join the business with proven track records in high growth businesses.

VoxSmart, who recently closed their Series A funding round of $7 million dollars led by DeepBridge Capital are expanding their team internationally in the run up to MiFID II. Their technology, VSmart™, helps banks and financial institutions achieve regulatory compliance by recording all communications on their corporate issued mobile phone.

Chief Executive Officer, Oliver Blower said this is a crucial year for the company. “We now have the right team with the right expertise to help grow our business globally. Not only do Bryan and Adrienne have strong expertise in growing technology businesses, they both have a wide range of experience in capital markets making them invaluable to our customers.”

VoxSmart, who have also assembled an accomplished advisory board including Sandy Broderick, previously Societe General, Stephen Morse previously Barclays Capital and Adam Toms previously of Instinet Europe are already in conversation with a number of Tier 1 Global Banks after rolling out their solution with Tullett Prebon last year.
