FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRESS RELEASE.
COVENTRY, UK, 17 March 2017

UKSOL HAS WON A 2.1MW ORDER TO SUPPLY ONE OF THE LARGEST SOLAR PV ROOFTOP PROJECTS IN METRO MANILA, PHILIPPINES.

UKSOL WILL SUPPLY SOLAR PANELS, INVERTERS & MOUNTING SYSTEM

UKSOL Ltd. (www.uksol.uk), the British producer of high quality solar PV modules, is delighted to announce that it has won an order to supply over 6500 UKSOL 320wp solar PV modules, inverters and the rooftop mounting system for a 2.1MW solar PV project for a factory in Metro Manila, Philippines.

The project will start in April 2017.

The installation will be one of the largest rooftop projects to be installed in Metro Manila to date.

Andrew Moore, UKSOL’s Founder and CEO, said “I am very pleased that UKSOL had been chosen to supply the main solar PV components for this prestigious project in the Philippines. Two years’ hard work building the UKSOL brand in Asia had led to this success. UKSOL is a good example of a British owned business going out into Africa and Asia to win new export business post BREXIT, despite the devastation caused at home to local UK solar installer businesses due to inconsistent government FIT policy changes.”

End.
