There's Still Time For Birmingham Based SME’s To Register For Free Workshop & Learn How To Use Social Media, The “World of Mouth”, To Grow Their Businesses & Beat Brexit Uncertainty

04 October 2017 09:15

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Birmingham based digital agency, AIM Internet Ltd, are offering SME’s based in the Greater Birmingham and Solihull area the chance to learn how to leverage social media to grow their businesses and beat any brexit uncertainty, with a free interactive workshop. Delivered by AIM’s directors, Mike Raybone & Sarah Whitticase, plus guest speakers, this event will take place on Friday 6th October 2017 at Solihull College. The event is produced in partnership with the Greater Birmingham & Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership and will run from 9.30am until 12.30pm.

Of the event, Sarah Whitticase said: “Following the success of our recent ‘Grow Your Business Using Digital Marketing’ workshop, we are delighted to be invited back to deliver more training to SME’s in the Birmingham area. Since we started 21 years ago, our mission has been to help SME’s & entrepreneurs use the power of the internet and digital marketing to grow. Social media is a key part of that mix now. But, through the conversations with the clients we meet and networking in the local area, we realise not enough businesses are taking advantage of it. We appreciate it can seem scary or pointless even. But, we’re here to show companies how they can implement it effectively to help them make the most of future-proofing their bottom line against the economic uncertainty surrounding Brexit.”

The workshop will address the following areas:
Making sure your website & social media presence reflects your business
Seeing which social media channels to use to build participation and engagement.
Using social media to boost your SEO.
The importance of local search, video and mobile in social media.
Learning about tools that measure success and monitor social media mentions.
Exploring funding options to help you to grow.
Any businesses based within the catchment area are welcome to attend.
