Taste Collectiv receive recognition as a Future50 member

The Suffolk-based producer of fresh sauces, Taste Collectiv, has been awarded membership of the Future50, giving them recognition as one of Norfolk and Suffolk's most innovative companies.

Run by two young foodies, Mark and Victoria, Taste Collectiv works with traditional recipes and fresh, vibrant ingredients to innovate the sauce market. Their aim is to offer a range of fresh and flavoursome sauces to time-poor consumers, allowing them to whip up quick, delicious and easy meals that fit into a healthy, balanced diet.

Taste Collectiv's approach to the sauces market is why they have won a recent award from Future50: a business growth programme that hand-picks Norfolk and Suffolk's most innovative, fastest-growing and most ambitious businesses. The Future50 programme was set up to search for the 'ones to watch' in the small and medium-sized business community, offering business support, media exposure, peer discussion groups and keynote events to aid the selected businesses in becoming leaders in their sector.

This award will help Taste Collectiv to grow its standing within the economy - both local and beyond - and comes on the back of accolades that include a description as 'seriously impressive' by India Knight in the Sunday Times, and recognition as BBC Good Food Magazine’s editor’s pick.

The Taste Collectiv sauce range is inspired by recipes from across the globe, with the current product range featuring Thai red and green curry sauces, Italian Pesto, Piri-Piri, Romesco, Harissa and Chermoula. The potential uses of this sauce range are extensive, from sandwiches and salads to marinades for meat and fish, easy dipping options, omelettes, pasta dishes, hummus and more.

Every single sauce in the range is produced in small batches using only the highest quality ingredients, including extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs, fruit and vegetables, and authentic Pecorino Sardo from Sardinia.

Taste Collectiv Managing Director, Mark Robinson, says, "We’re delighted to be recognised as a business with huge potential. I think it shows we have a great product and team. We now can’t wait to use this recognition to further grow our business.”

Taste Collectiv's sauce range is available to purchase from their website, as well as from online retailers such as notonthehighstreet.com and Tabl. The range can also be found in independent farm shops, delis and other retailers across the UK. To find out more about Taste Collectiv, visit http://tastecollectiv.com/.
