Sweat & Sound Announces Two Sensational Fitness Events in October
Sweat & Sound, the electric startup shaking up the fitness industry with epic immersive music experiences, has lined up two sensational events in October. Sweat & Sound events are a perfect collaboration between powerful fitness instruction and epic live music, all taking place in secret London locations - hidden gems that are not on the commercial radar. Once guests sign up, they receive a text and email with the exact location the day before the event.

This will be a magnificently healing, transcendent Yoga & Meditation event.
Sunday, October 1st
Choose between the 3 pm or 5 pm class
Clapton, Northeast London (close to Clapton station)
White Noise will be a renewing yoga & meditation experience complemented by minimalist sounds. You'll be treated after to a nourishing vegan bowl by a celebrated chef, as well as other treats and refreshments. The experience will be set in a breathtaking space hidden in the depths of Northeast London.
