Skillsarena expands Customer Experience team

Skillsarena, the Chelmsford-based online talent management solutions provider has announced the appointment of Lisa Deverall as its new Customer Experience Manager, effective immediately. Lisa will be working closely with Head of Talent Consulting Vicki Mann, building and managing relationships with clients and offering advice, training and support.

Commenting on the team expansion, Jason Pierce, Skillsarena Managing Director commented ‘I am delighted to welcome Lisa to Skillsarena and I am sure she will be an asset to our growing team. Her appointment is part of our ongoing strategy to drive successful growth for the business over the next few years and offer a superior customer experience to our national client base.’

Lisa has previously worked in the beauty industry as a trainer and before this worked as a PA to several Directors in the Finance industry. All of which have given her the customer service experience needed to be able to thrive in this new role.

In her spare time Lisa is currently studying a 6-year business degree as she loves to learn new things. Before starting her degree, Lisa picked up the travel bug and enjoyed a year travelling all over the world. Her highlights from the trip were climbing Kilimanjaro, touring the Canadian Rockies, road tripping and bungee jumping in New Zealand as well as many other unforgettable moments.
