Sweat & Sound, the underground events business creating secret, live music fitness events, last week announced their next immersive experience - next week on August 23rd.

This event will be totally different to their last events; a warrior HIIT workout under Shoreditch arches & a secret treasure hunt in the woods of Lovefit festival. The event on August 23rd will be a 'Yoga Experience' held in a truly majestic secret location in Bloomsbury, Central London.

Wednesday, August 23rd, 2017
6:30 p.m. - 9 p.m.

You can expect an invigorating yoga class finishing with a meditation, all while their live orchestra plays sounds that will transport you far, far away. The venue itself a magical pocket of silence in London's absolute centre.

It is set to be a truly transformative voyage into the mind and body, with plenty of time to meditate and reflect, then enjoy tea and snacks afterward.

The booking page can be found here: - tickets are highly limited due to space & they have already sold over half of available tickets.

Sweat & Sound have reserved 8 spaces for journalists from Journolink, if you'd like to claim one of these spaces, please email as soon as possible.

As usual with Sweat & Sound events, guests receive a text and email with the exact location the day before, however, they confirm that the nearest station will be Holborn or Tottenham Court Road.
