SaaS company Formscan awarded G-Cloud 8 supplier status
The results have been announced and Formscan Limited (now trading as Engeneum – http://www.engeneum.com) has once again been appointed to G-Cloud (https://www.digitalmarketplace.service.gov.uk/g-cloud/search?q=Formscan) under the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Specialist Cloud Services provisions!
Formscan first obtained G-Cloud supplier status under version 6 of the Digital Marketplace platform where they offered their online product, Papertrail. Formscan chose to opt-out of version 7 to concentrate on further developing their business offering in line with future G-Cloud services. With having recently undergone a business model transition – switching from a traditional document capture, and archival business to a SaaS platform transforming all types of business processes to seamlessly connect data – Formscan were confident that G-Cloud 8 was the opportunity to reveal their integrated service offerings.

The appointment as a G-Cloud 8 supplier permits Formscan to offer their core Engeneum product (the Formscan Cloud Services service – https://www.digitalmarketplace.service.gov.uk/g-cloud/services/853437215414629) and four of the main integrated object storage and collaboration features within the platform at a standard rate – including ABBYY software (https://www.digitalmarketplace.service.gov.uk/g-cloud/services/814603918832526) and digital pen (https://www.digitalmarketplace.service.gov.uk/g-cloud/services/170499220595389) capture technologies, file tracking and audit solutions (https://www.digitalmarketplace.service.gov.uk/g-cloud/services/992262907804303), as well as identity assurance verification, validation and sharing solution (https://www.digitalmarketplace.service.gov.uk/g-cloud/services/778666993480989).
