Naturelly, the multi-award winning fun & fruity snack are on the hunt for Chief Imagination Officer to join their junior board. But, before you hand in your notice and tell your boss where to stick it unfortunately you have to be aged 9 or under. Together with the charity Hope for Children and working closely with Pupils Profit in schools around the country, with a belief that every child deserves a healthy and active, well balanced childhood, full of imagination, Naturelly are seeking an enterprising child with a creative and adventurous spirit.

Naturelly was playfully imagined by parents Dean and Joanne Dempsey as a solution in the search to find a nutritious snack to curb tantrums whilst out and about with their two young daughters, they didn’t want to keep giving them sugary drinks or snacks.

To apply, children need to tell the Naturelly Family in writing, draw them a picture or submit a photo of what the child’s dream job will be when you grow up. The Naturelly family are requesting each entry to be as imaginative as possible and to email the application to play@naturelly.co.uk.

The right candidate will be asked to act as a member of the Junior Non-Exec Board of Directors, offering guidance, support and ideas in the key matters of new product development, advertising, creativity and brand strategy as well as play a key part in the decision-making process on fun issues like flavour tasting.

Key responsibilities include the requirement to attend 2-3 informal Facetime/Skype meetings a year including one Junior Board Meeting and to ensure that the Naturelly Family has a creative and adventurous spirit.

Dean Dempsey Chief Inventor comments: ‘We are on a mission to inspire children to have fun and live healthier whilst encouraging them to be entrepreneurial and enterprising. We have found the perfect partner in Pupils Profit who empower pupils to run healthy tuck shops in Schools which inspired us to create this exciting role.”

The recruitment advert states a love of playing out and an ability to colour in or draw stick men are essential skills and experience to do the job properly

All applicant’s drawings, writings and / or photos will be judged by Rebecca Jeffery, (Marketing Agency Owner and star of last years “The Apprentice”), Amy Dullaghan (Teacher) and Joanne Dempsey (Co-Founder of Naturelly) and Alivia Dempsey (Chair Girl on the Junior Board aged 7).
