Savvy shoppers looking for pre-fall fashion trends can match their clothing choices with the latest must-have accessory, a fan, after two luxury fashion brands teamed up to run an event as part of London Fashion Week 2018.
Hand fan producers Rockcoco Fans featured their luxury accessories alongside fashion brand Atelier Dumebi recently to highlight how on-trend their products are, especially for the upcoming season.
Denise Frankel, co-owner of Rockcoco Fans, said: “We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to show off our products as part of the launch of Atelier Dumebi’s stunning pre-fall collection fashion show for London Fashion Week.
“Our traditional fans really complemented the modern look of the clothing as well as adding an air of elegance”.
Atelier Dumebi’s collection were inspired by floral designs which embodies the brand's ethos of combining inspirations from Africa, with modern western and futuristic silhouettes.
Atelier Dumebi and Rockcoco Fans also collaborated with artist and musician Farja at the event.
Denise added: “We all thought that Farja’s beautiful paintings were a great match for the fashion designs on show”.
Rockcoco Fans is run by business partners and sisters Denise Frankel and Janis Sher.
The company source a selection of their fabrics from Joel and Son Fabrics London, a heritage company under Royal Warrant.
Rockcoco is the first luxury hand fan producers in London for almost a hundred years.
The brand was named Rockcoco which the sisters felt embodied their product, classical with a modern and edgy twist.
The Rockcoco collections are created by artisans using traditional skills and a deep understanding of the rich history of the fan. The hand fans are characterised by attention to detail, luxury materials and an elegance and grace that speak to the modern woman.
