FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Local fitness trainer, Aaron Phillips, won the ‘New Business of the Year’ award at the Hertfordshire Business Awards on Thursday 26th November.
Aaron won the award for his new business ‘FitStart UK’ which launched less than 12 months ago. Fitstart UK promises a transformative 90 day fitness schedule designed to not only get you in shape, but to increase your confidence along the way.
FitStart UK, based from and supported by The Wenta Business Centre in Watford, has seen remarkable growth in the past 12 months. Client numbers have risen from under 20 to over 100. Furthermore - the diversification into products such as fitness supplements, fitness-based food guides and a clothing range has resulted in rapid expansion of the business.
Founder and fitness enthusiast, Aaron Phillips, was delighted to be recognised for the hard work he has put in over the past year:
“This is a truly memorable moment. To win this award is a great achievement for me but also for my team, without which I wouldn’t be here today. Day in and day out we all work hard to make people feel better about themselves and transform individuals into the people they want to become. Today is just a small step onto the path to greater things as we have a large expansion plan going into the new year. It’s a great honour to win such a prestigious award.”
On a night that saw the most promising entrepreneurs of Hertfordshire compete against each other for recognition and acclaim, the judges were most impressed with Aaron’s vision for FitStart UK:
“FitStart UK not only provides an innovative and exciting way to get people fitter, they also give people the means in which to better their lives, both physically and mentally. We were very impressed with the growth Aaron’s business has seen over the past twelve months and we believe with his excellent leadership FitStart can continue to expand and be successful.
