Lisa Ashworth joins JournoLink Board as the PR platform gears up for growth

Transformational growth expert Lisa Ashworth has joined JournoLink as a Non-Executive Director after a 14-year stint heading up PR Newswire’s EMEA and India business.

Lisa brings a track record of consistently achieving corporate targets, experience that JournoLink stands to benefit from with her appointment to the Board. Her global outlook and cross cultural instincts from managing a successful international business at PR Newswire fits perfectly with JournoLink's future plans. “What excites me about JournoLink,“ says Lisa, “is the thought that there is a perfect ready made, easy to use and cost-effective UK established tech solution that could be rolled out globally.”

Prior to joining PR Newswire, Ashworth was Director of Financial Times Electronic Publishing and her joining to the Board coincides with a review of the PR platform’s service offering, market positioning and pricing. “We’ve done well with 7,000 plus journalists in all sectors to who we can connect our 4,500 clients,” says Peter Ibbetson, JournoLink Director, “but it’s time to scale up our service and reach even more businesses looking for a cost-effective way of accessing PR.”
