KN Walford Consultancy, the fundraising experts specialising in organisational and structural development, has unveiled a suite of services which it believes can help charities and social enterprises across the country to grow their fundraising activities.
The firm has underlined its intention to take a hands-on approach to enhancing funding applications, helping Third Sector organisations to get their structure exactly right in order to optimise their sustainability. KN Walford Consultancy will offer reviews of entire organisational structures and an amendments service, in order to ensure that charities, and social enterprises are getting the exposure they need to thrive.
Bid planning will also take up a large percentage of KN Walford Consultancy's work, as it seeks to help third sector organisations attract the funding and support they need. Once they have the exposure which they require, they can then secure the funding streams which make all the difference to their causes.
KN Walford Consultancy is headed up by Kemar Walford, a leader with over a decade's experience in the charity sector; including working at the Big Lottery Fund on strategic funding such as local infrastructure and Communities Living Sustainably.
The firm is committed to working with Third Sector entities of all sizes, and at all stages of their development. This all-encompassing approach is expected to offer scalability to organisations as they grow over time.
