We are pleased to announce the Joint Venture of boutique investment bank and big four service provider, Hyman Capital with The Labovitch Consultancy, a business change, turnaround and transformation company.
The JV will capitalise on combined corporate finance, due diligence and fund-raising skills of Hyman Capital with focussed change and growth skills of The Labovitch Consultancy, for client organisations. This will offer needed assistance to help growing businesses succeed and become more profitable.
The JV will cover all sectors where funds are required to foster organic growth, acquisitions / mergers, turnaround and where change assistance can really make a difference to long term success, recognition and brand.
