UK Trade & Investment will be holding its 7th Export Week during the week of 18 - 22 May. The UKTI is helping companies to export and grow overseas with a varied series of events all over the UK, the aim is to support businesses to either start their export journey or increase their international business. Janice B Gordon has started early and is on an export mission to develop her international business.
Janice B Gordon is aware of the importance of developing her international sales and decided to export herself to America for a twelve day discovery tour of the East Coast. She is travelling to America to make new business connections and then to export her brand to the United States.

Janice says "Start with what you know!" Janice has lived and work in the US and although this was over twenty years ago, she knows the culture and landscape. In addition to this, the US is a large market of possibilities and opportunities for the UK, (their cousins) with more than 320 million people. The English language is an advantage and the legal and financial systems are extremely attractive, the US remains one of the most dynamic market in the world.
Janice B Gordon has seized the opportunity to grow overseas. She even launched the hashtag #Coming2America for her social media followers to join here on her discovery tour and be a part of this journey as the guest of Uncle Sam.
