It’s finally happening! Medical industry is embracing Patient Reviews
Studies show that 84% of patients use online reviews to evaluate doctors. Following in the steps of platforms such as TripAdvisor and AirBnb, Doctify is a young company that enables patients to search, compare and book doctors in the UK, and is additionally championing transparency by encouraging patients to leave verified reviews after their consultation.
Three London medical clinics have received a Top Rated Award from the online booking and review platform Doctify - a significant sign of the medical industries embracing the review trend. The London General Practice, Nuada Medical Clinic and Cognacity Mental Health Clinic received the award as a result of their high number of positive patient reviews on Doctify.
The clinics were presented their awards by Doctify CEO Oliver Thomas and Doctify Co-Founder Stephanie Eltz. “99% of our reviews are positive” said Eltz, who is also an orthopaedic surgeon. “I’m so excited that reviews have finally made it into the medical sector and have become a part of patients’ decisions making process”. These awards show the success doctors and clinics can enjoy through receiving patient feedback and using reviews to improve the service they offer.
By allowing people to both search, compare and book their own appointments with specialists, then review their experience, Doctify is at the forefront of healthcare technology, helping patients make well-informed healthcare choices. Equally, specialists are embracing Doctify and consistently improving their services.
Eltz concludes “It’s great to see Doctify become the welcome solution to the lack of transparency within the medical industry.”
