FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Imagine being your best you, looking younger, being happier and thriving rather than surviving. There is no magic pill to achieve all this but with iRechargeMe you can start feeling like the best version of yourself.
iRechargeMe is a completely natural and holistic programme introducing positive techniques to improve your physical health and mental wellbeing. We can help you feel and look younger!
We have developed a whole-body approach to health, based on a combination of ancient Eastern practices and a mixture of Western scientific research. It’s not a fad-diet or a set exercise regime. Instead consider it a new way to harness, and focus, your energy on all things positive. Resulting in a healthier and happier you.
Invest in yourself- We often neglect ourselves, choosing to focus on work, but we are only as good as productive as our body and mind allows us to be. Take a day out from all the stress to learn how to focus on your health, you’ll see the benefits in all aspects of your life.
This one day course teaches:
• techniques to help strengthen the immune system
• breathing techniques to relieve pain and manage stress
• visualisation and imaging to focus and reach goals more easily
• energy flow manipulation to increase vitality
After spending the day with us, you’ll leave with a wealth of knowledge that you can implement into your day-to-day life. We’ll cover exercise and movement, nutrition and how to positively program your mind. Delivered by our knowledgeable practitioners in simple to understand sections, you’ll have everything you need to kickstart your new regime. We also offer ongoing support and counselling, should you feel you need the extra support.
