Innovative entrepreneurs join forces to build digital pub quiz

Three technology and entertainment entrepreneurs have joined forces to create a new online platform to play interactive quizzes. The successful businessmen have developed the ground-breaking software, Kwizzbit which combines the traditional format of a pub quiz and fuses it with the excitement of interactive digital entertainment.

Having only recently launched Kwizzbit in 2016, Directors, Mark Walsh, Steve Saul and John Sheard have had interest from hundreds of pubs looking to trial and play the game and it has caught the eye of other individuals and industry sectors. RBS has trailed the software as an interactive learning and development tool for training its staff and the business has seen interest from further national giants including KPMG and Sky.

Bringing a collective 30 years’ experience in developing quizzes and entertainment solutions, entrepreneurs Mark Walsh and John Sheard have joined forces and teamed up with Steve Saul to launch Kwizzbit.

Having spent over thirty years in the sector, Mark, Steve and John are set to transform the industry with the creative new platform for the pub industries and entertainers.

Successful businessman and Kwizzbit CEO and founder, Mark Walsh, working with external development companies, created the software, which aims to transform the traditional pub quiz by providing a unique cloud-based on demand quiz solution which customers can access on their smart phones.

Mark, a serial entrepreneur with an impressive history of forming successful businesses including Rock n Roll Bingo and Rocket Horse Ltd, has ambitious plans to become a true innovator for business within the digital age. Kwizzbit is already set to enter several other markets, as well as revolutionising the pub quiz.

Following previous success with the UK’s largest quiz company Redtooth, Steve Saul’s extensive contacts and relationships within the industry enables the validation

and promotion of Kwizzbit with key industry figures.

John Sheard comes on board as the Chief Technical Officer for Kwizzbit, and with over 13 years’ experience in the agile development and project management, the future for team Kwizzbit is looking very bright.

Mark Walsh comments:

‘‘Having industry specialists, John and Steve, on the team has allowed us to create the software in just months. Working alongside our external development team we’re now at an exciting stage in the business where we’re ready to take not only the pub quiz market by storm, but several others too.
