ICON Nutrition Launches UK’s First Free Online Fitness Challenge

ICON Nutrition, the ethical evidence-based sports supplement brand, has launched the UK’s first free-to-enter online fitness challenge aimed at CrossFit enthusiasts. Registration is now open for the ICON Online Championships, a four-week leaderboard style competition, which starts on 5 January 2015.
The challenge will consist of four testing workouts, designed by qualified CrossFit Coach Mitch Adams, which will be emailed to participants on a weekly basis and have to be completed within seven days before the next workout is released. The top-ten placed scores in each category (male, female, masters male and masters female) will be validated by a Level 1 CrossFit coach before each weekly winner is announced.
ICON Nutrition is providing a combined product prize pot of over £2,000 to encourage individuals to get involved and take on the challenge to become the 2015 ICON Online Champion.
