An Ealing based home care service provider has been given a rating of good, following a recent CQC inspection. Francis Fasesin, Managing Director of Caremark Ealing and Moni Fasesin, Care Manager, were both delighted with the result.

Inspectors rated Caremark, a domiciliary care service who provide daily care to families in the area, Good across the board - in safety, effectiveness, caring, responsiveness and leadership.

The report, carried out in May, said: “People who used the service and staff members spoke positively about its management. A range of processes were in place to monitor the quality of the service, such as audits and spot checks of care practice and documents, along with surveys of people’s satisfaction with their care and support. Staff members also spoke positively about the people who they supported.”

This was the second report carried out on Caremark Ealing by the Care Quality Commission. With a previous rating of good, this in-home care provider is providing consistent quality care to its local clients.

The Inspector also noted that: “The service worked in partnership with charitable organisations to obtain funding to meet the needs of people and staff members. Staffing rotas met the current support needs of people using the service. There was a system for ensuring that care calls were managed and monitored. Staff and people who used the service had access to management support outside of office hours.”
