FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
JournoLink, the online PR platform for small businesses, has launched a simple 90 second on line attitudes tool to help the confused public work out which way to vote on the 23rd June, whether to ‘Leave’, or to ‘Stay’.
Feedback from many of the businesses and people JournoLink talks to suggests that most are utterly frustrated by both sides in the EU debate continually spinning and scaremongering, and are completely confused as to which way to vote.
To help with their dilemma, JournoLink has put together an easy to use attitudes determiner to help voters clarify what they REALLY feel about the key issues. This will help them decide very quickly which box to tick.
eudecision.uk has four questions each under the categories of Immigration and Movement, Governance and Democracy, Defence and Crime, Trade and Investment, and Economy and Business, simply by ticking ‘disagree’ or ‘agree’ boxes, in less than two minutes anyone still on the fence will have a good indication where they stand.
JournoLink Director, Peter Ibbetson said, ‘JournoLink is all about helping small businesses get their news into the media by encouraging them to focus on what’s important. The most important issue at the moment is the Referendum, but it’s not just the small business owner who’s unsure of which way to vote. From the conversations we have had, it’s a fair proportion of the population too. That’s why we have put this simple decision tool together.’
‘We know we haven’t included every question that could be asked, but we have tried to be really unbiased and keep to those issues that have dominated the main debates so far. We hope it will help people vote based on what’s important to them, rather than being influenced by the politician that comes up with the best sound bite’.
JournoLink is encouraging everyone to ‘take the test’ by going onto eudecision.uk and seeing which way the swing meter swings for them. Don’t worry; you don’t need to put your name or email address in!
Notes to Editors
eudecision.uk is a model developed by JournoLink focussing on the key issues that have been discussed over the recent debates. They do not take a view either way on the referendum vote and have sought to make the question balance neutral.
JournoLink is a no-nonsense online service that links the businesses and their news directly to the journalists who want to write about them.

When small businesses told us that they wanted to get media coverage, but didn't have the know how or the budget, and journalists told us that they wanted more entrepreneurial business stories and spokespeople, but struggled to find them, we scratched our heads, sharpened our pencils and built Journolink.
A no-nonsense online service that links the businesses and their news directly to the journalists who want to write about them. That's what we set out to create, and that's exactly what Journolink does.
