The biggest boost you can give your business or organisation this year is a ‘digital’ boost.

Following the success of the Digital Marketing Show 2013, the team behind the show are hosting a number of one day programmes developed with marketers and business owners in mind, run by industry experts and cost effective to attend – they also give real world solutions and case-studies.

According to the Content Marketing Institute, 88% of marketers are implementing elements of content marketing but only 42% have a documented strategy - without a strategy, you're heading for a content catastrophe. Content can be a challenging topic and the CMI found that the top three concerns for marketers are a lack of time, lack of content and worries about producing engaging content.

That’s why, the first event in the exclusive programme is all about ‘content marketing’ and will provide attendees with all the knowledge necessary to confidently implement a new content strategy for their business.

Alongside this, attendees will develop the skills and understanding to:
- Integrate ‘content’ with social media
- Discover what ‘content’ works best and when
- Amplify messages via social sharing
- Use ‘content’ to build ‘links’ and authority

The Content Masterclass will take place from 10am – 5:40pm on Friday 2nd May 2014 at Ravensbourne College of Design and Communication.

Francesca James, head of content for the Digital Marketing Show, says that "Content marketing is one of the most talked about trends in online marketing... and for a good reason.

Content marketing allows businesses to move away from the aggressive promotion that can be off-putting to consumers and instead positions them as thought leaders with an all-important personal touch. However, businesses should not only be producing great content, but using it to full potential - the Content Masterclass will provide the skills and knowledge to do just that."
