ActionCOACH

Franchise network reaches over 200 franchisees

15 June 2018 11:53

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Record number join ActionCOACH as network reaches over 200.

So far, this year, ActionCOACH has welcomed 27 passionate franchise partners and May celebrated a record 12 people in the UK training room. What are they passionate about? That’s a key consideration when awarding ActionCOACH franchises.

Mark Van Rol, who has more than 20 years’ experience in management consultancy says, “I joined ActionCOACH because I love business and am passionate about helping people. The ActionCOACH system, the sense of community and the ethos of giving back provides a fantastic platform to help business owners grow their companies and to improve their lives. The five-day training was one of the best and most challenging things I have ever done in my life!”

While you’re at ‘ActionCOACH Uni’, the UK support team execute a targeted marketing campaign to 40 business owners and then, in a second week of hands-on training, you are taught how to convert those suspects into prospects and then into paying clients. You also get to develop your digital marketing presence with the UK manager on hand every step of the way. And at the end of the week, you create and diarise your action plan for your first quarter, ensuring you have the momentum for a successful business launch.

Anu Khanna worked with two global Fortune 500 companies, IKEA and GM (Daewoo Motors) so it was a life-changing decision for her to resign from the security of her job, “My attraction to ActionCOACH was their 14-point culture and the clarity that gives to everyone’s vision and mission. I can now pursue my passion to develop people and business full time.”

“Coming out from training, I see that leaders in ActionCOACH don’t just tell us what has to be done, rather they show us how it should be done and lead by example. I’m excited by the continuous learning culture that is adopted in the organisation with an excellent support system and strong team spirit. I feel privileged to have the opportunity to help business owners create their desired future and support the overall economy.”

Celebrating records is getting to be a regular thing as these new recruits take ActionCOACH to the highest number of franchise partners it has ever seen, with over 200 working with business owners across the UK.
