Forbes 30Under30 Female Entrepreneur announces adoption of crypto payments for her bespoke tailoring business in London

28 February 2018 15:30

Tatyana Kozhevnikova, Founder of Artefact London, finalist of the FORBES 30 Under 30 Class of 2018 Arts & Culture Europe is due to announce adoption of crypto payments at Artefact London.

It will be the 1st tailoring business in the world to announce adoption of crypto payments for bespoke suits, shirts, tuxedo, overcoats & more. Commencing in March 2018.

Kozhevnikova's position:
'At the end of 2017 I have made a decision that as long as cryptocurrency carries value that can be legitimately converted into GBP & EUR, Artefact London will accept it as a method of payment.'

The idea came in a conversation with one of her South African based customers that was sharing insights about the instability of the banking & political system in many African countries. Due to fiat value instability, many people chose to store part of their wealth in Bitcoins & other cryptocurrencies. Having many internationally based customers that travel to get their suits made at Artefact & being aware of the inconvenience of international payments, Tatyana decided to test the idea of crypto payments.
