Janet French

Entrepreneur gardener didn't realise she was such an inspiration...

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Hi. I'm Janet and I'm one of those lucky people who got a second chance. A second chance at life with the opportunity to be healthy, happy and fulfilled. That's because I lost 13.5 stone and in doing so, gained a happiness and confidence I never knew I was lacking.

You'll only want a short paragraph here I guess so let me try and keep my long story, sweet...

I was the fat, ugly bird. The one everyone said was 'bubbly'.

One day my son came home sad from nursery. His best friend had made an observation that my bottom was the size of a planet. He wasn't wrong and that one simple truthful observation from the mouth of a small child was the key to me finally doing something about it. I succeeded using Paul McKenna's I Can Make You Slim book and hypnosis CD. It was great. I lost 10.5 stone. Following my weight loss a condition I have suffered with for sometime (Sphincter of Oddi dysfunction) improved. My body had become addicted to morphine for controlling the pain of my condition but as it improved, I didn't need to be on it anymore so went cold turkey and embarked on a detox and the worst experience of my life. Unfortunately the detox also had an effect on my hormones and I ended up putting 4 stone back on in 4 months. To cut a long story short, once I'd got things sorted, I embarked on Paul McKenna again, this time losing 7 stone and giving me an overall weight loss of 13.5 stone, remarkably down from a size 30 to a size 8.

As a businesswoman already, (I run a very successful gardening business in Swindon) I could see there was an opportunity to use my experience to help others. You see, I've learnt diets don't work. It's got to be about changing the broken relationship with food from the core. It's about changing mindset so radically that this isn't something you can fall off or fail at like a diet. It's a way of life. It's a way of living without the guilt associated with food. There's no food plan. There's no points or counting to be done. The key is about changing attitude, listening to your body and trusting it to help you achieve your goals.

It's really early days but I've developed a mentoring system and although it's all happened very quickly I now have a group of 822 people who I mentor and coach online to help them achieve the success and freedom I've experienced. Hopefully my pictures will speak volumes.

But if you'd like to find out more about me please feel free to get in touch.
