BBC Introducing Artist of the Week, James Edgar releases debut single ‘Surrender’.
Chester based digital and communications agency, eJigsaw are delighted to be the digital partner for up-and-coming singer/songwriter James Edgar.
Promising U.K. singer/songwriter James Edgar grew up and still lives in Lytham, in the North West of England, and since starting James has become something of a local source of pride in his community, a fixture with his regular gigs at the Beach House and playing before 10,000 at the Lytham Proms Festival less than 200 meters from his family home.
He’s also performed at the local iconic landmark Blackpool Tower and made a trip to New York, a “bucket list” dream come true where he performed original material before at the Rockwood Music Hall.
James was also recently named as the national BBC Introducing Artist of the Week, after featuring on BBC Introducing Lancashire, where he performed one his original songs, ‘Lipstick’.
His talent has already taken him from Lytham and Blackpool to London and New York City, and now it’s ready to launch him to the rest of the world in the form of his brand-new debut single ‘Surrender, which has just been released!
Written & produced with fellow local musician Danny Wilkin, a keyboardist/ bassist for the Scooter Braun- managed U.K. band Rixton, which had a massive worldwide hit with the chart-topping British/United States smash and platinum- certified “Me and My Broken Heart, ‘Surrender’ is nearing release.
