SUMMARY: The UK’s largest arthritis support charity partners with new cloud software and support service to streamline the management of their real life stories., a dedicated cloud software product and support service that enables businesses to create, manage and publish great case studies effectively, has been chosen by Arthritis Care to help the charity develop their compelling case studies. This will in turn help the charity raise awareness of the condition and highlight the services available to people with arthritis.

Arthritis Care is the UK’s largest support organisation working with and for all people with arthritis. With an estimated 10 million people living with arthritis in the UK, including over 15,000 young people, arthritis is currently the most common single cause of disability yet remains an overlooked and underestimated condition.

Judi Rhys, Arthritis Care CEO, said: “People are at the heart of the charity and play a vital role in highlighting the daily challenges of living with arthritis. Effective use of people’s stories help us to raise the profile of arthritis and the charity so that people can better recognise the early signs of arthritis, seek a prompt diagnosis and take action to manage it. Good case study management is vital to achieving good media coverage and bringing our stories to life. We are delighted to have partnered with Case Study Ninja to help us host, manage and effectively present quality stories, in a way that resonates with people. This will help us highlight how people’s support in time and donations are making a very real difference, and showcase new ways for people with arthritis to manage pain and learn about new services that are available to them.”

Sarah Dillingham, Founder, Case Study Ninja, said: “Arthritis Care does an amazing job at providing quality support and information to help people get on top of their arthritis and stay active, independent and connected.

We are really excited that Case Study Ninja will be playing a part in helping the charity achieve this.”

Since its pilot launch in January 2016, now has over 50 companies using its service to successfully manage their case study output. It plans to announce a number of new service features over the coming months to enhance its unique offering for not4profit organisations, businesses and journalists. Watch this space.
