With an established, successful business to her name, new developments indicate that the future looks even brighter for Ann’s Smart School of Cookery.
Founded 10 years ago by Ann Hood, an ex Master Chef contestant, new ingredients are about to be added to take her business to the next level.
Having recently joined forces with Fisher & Paykel, a major appliance manufacturing company based in East Tamaki, New Zealand, state of the art equipment is being installed at Ann’s Essex and Canary Wharf branches. A film studio will also be installed, where Ann will create short films for her cookery streaming channel, to be launched in January 2018.
Ann’s Smart School of Cookery offers 2-4 hour classes and short chef skill courses at four school locations, for those wanting to learn how to cook or develop their existing skills. Ann’s famous tips and techniques have clients regularly returning for more. With an active client database in excess of 20,000, Ann’s Smart Book of Recipes & Tips selling over 10,000 copies and an Ann’s Smart Diet Book launching in December, the cookery school business is set fair.
During her years of teaching, Ann has developed a range of products to help her clients ‘add the chef’s touch’ to every day dishes. These products, plus her new ‘Food Innovation’ range, sold almost exclusively to date through her schools, will soon be launched nationally and internationally.
With these new developments, it is clear that Ann will soon be ‘adding the cherry’ to a well-established recipe for success.
