A luxury yoga & mindfulness retreat to re-balance body and mind

Sussex based health and nutrition company, ShoreBeing, has launched a new series of signature weekend wellbeing retreats, with the first one set to take place in February 2017 at Brooklands Barn in Arundel, West Sussex. The weekend retreat offers an experience of mind and body rejuvenation, where guests will learn to disconnect from their busy lives and re-connect with themselves and their surroundings.

Running from 10-12th February, the retreat will feature a range of activities and tutorials such as Vinyasa Flow and Scaravelli yoga sessions, mindfulness practice, meditation and guided walks through the surrounding countryside. Additional therapies, from healing massages to private health coaching sessions, will also be available at an extra cost.

Throughout their stay guests will enjoy freshly prepared and creative vegetarian meals that have been developed to help nourish and heal while founder of ShoreBeing, Hannah, support guests’ personal growth and exploration.

What’s more, the retreat is set in the tranquil surroundings of Brooklands Barn within the Arun Valley, complete with rolling hills and stunning views of Arundel Castle.

The cost for taking part in this weekend retreat starts from £250. Open to individuals of all fitness levels and abilities, all activities are completely optional allowing guests to participate in as much or as little as they like.
