This means that you can also send your press releases to the database of journalists without subscribing to any of our plans. We can also write it for you if needed.

How does JournoLink provide value for money to my business?

The value of press coverage is generally three times what it would cost you to place a similar advert in the same news media.

If my press release does not get any press coverage, do I get a refund?

By optimising the wording and layout of your press release, we hope that it will get coverage in traditional press, online press and through bloggers. We cannot guarantee that you will always receive coverage. You can see on your Dashboard how many people your release was sent to and how many showed an interest in it. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for lack of press coverage.

What is the difference between Monthly and Annual subscriptions?

Purely the billing cycle. The same services are offered across both price plans.

How many press releases can I send every month with a paid account?

It depends on the subscription plan you choose when creating an account on JournoLink. If you decide to sign up for the Standard Package, you will be able to send one press release per month. If you sign up for the Premium Package, you will be able to send up to 4 press releases a month. If you sign up for one of our Agency Packages, you will get unlimited press releases. In addition, if you want to send a press release not included in your subscription, you can do so at an extra fee.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Your subscription can be cancelled from within your account. Simply navigate to "My Subscription" from within your account and you will be able to cancel your paid subscription. Cancellations take effect from the next billing date, at which point they will not renew and will cease. Should you wish to completely remove your account, please contact us.
