Yes. However, for the benefit of media outlets and other members, we rate-limit the distribution of press releases by default to one release per week. This fits with majority of users requirements, although if you do need to send press releases more regularly than this please contact us and may be able to adjust this limit on your account. Press releases distributed via your Media Room are not rate-limited.
By optimising the wording and layout of your press release, we hope that it will get coverage in traditional press, online press and through bloggers. We cannot guarantee that you will always receive coverage. You can see on your Dashboard how many people your release was sent to and how many showed an interest in it. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for lack of press coverage.
Your subscription can be cancelled from within your account. Simply navigate to "My Subscription" from within your account and you will be able to cancel your paid subscription. Cancellations take effect from the next billing date, at which point they will not renew and will cease. Should you wish to completely remove your account, please contact us.
