Startup Funding Club Goes Back to 12 Hay Hill to Resume its Series of Investor Events.

Startup Funding Club (SFC), an award-winning seed investment fund and network of business angels, held its second instalment of its new series of pitching & networking events at Mayfair’s 12 Hay Hill, London.

The investor event held on 17th October was different than the previous ones. This gathering particularly highlighted the collaborative nature of Startup Funding Club and the importance of the network of partners around it.

SFC events are an opportunity for upcoming start-ups to showcase their business models and potential to a crowd of investors. This is one of the key ways in which SFC brings together business angels and entrepreneurs.

This occasion would not have been possible without Stackhouse Poland, SFC’s preferred insurance brokers and SFC Bennett Brooks, SFC’s joint venture for accounting services, as both backed the event as its sponsors.

This month, start-ups were not the only ones pitching, as a new food, drinks, and hospitality SEIS fund was also introduced. The Epicure SEIS Fund, a venture in collaboration with SFC, was announced by Enterprise Investment Partners.

Startup Funding Club provides capital to promising British businesses – with a particular emphasis on SEIS funding –, acting as a facilitator for young businesses to receive funding from the company’s extensive network of angel investors, seed investment funds and other associated sources.
