GDPR Summit London – Final Chance!

Today could be your final chance to hear from the ICO and other industry experts on GDPR, after it was revealed there were just 25 tickets left for the upcoming GDPR Summit being held in London.

The Summit will host over 50 speakers from the world of business including representatives from John Lewis, Natwest, eBay, Trainline and more, as well as a member of the Information Commissioner’s Office, the body tasked with enforcing the new regulation in the UK.

Nick James, founder of the GDPR Summit London, said: “We’re delighted to have such an esteemed set of speakers at the Summit, they will provide much-needed clarity on how the new regulation will affect business critical processes.

As the regulation nears, organisations across the world are preparing for GDPR, the Summit will aid businesses with that vital preparation.”

The Summit, which is being organised in association with NatWest, will take place on 9th October at 155 Bishopsgate in Central London.

Alongside the ICO there will be headline speakers from companies such as IBM, Microsoft, PwC and the Journal of Data Protection & Privacy.

In addition to entry to the event, every ticket purchased gives attendees access to a complimentary compliance package worth £350, including;

• A 2 hour GDPR consultation

• Access to an online GDPR educational course

• Access to a GDPR gap analysis tool

• Five copies of the organisers GDPR Awareness eBook.

The Summit is part of a series of events being organised to help businesses get to grips with GDPR.

On 20th November the organisers are running ‘Roadmap for Business’, which will supply attendees with the support they need to ensure they are compliant with GDPR.

Just one day later, at the same venue, the event organisers will host the ‘Roadmap for Marketers’, which will focus solely on how GDPR will affect marketing processes.
